Sofia Axelrod, PhD, is a sleep researcher in the laboratory of Michael W. Young, the winner of the 2017 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, at the Rockefeller University in New York. She wrote the revolutionary book HOW BABIES SLEEP, launched the Kulala app to help parents get their babies on a sleep schedule, and created the Kulala Baby Sleep Lamp with DreamRed light, to help parents and children alike get to sleep and stay asleep more easily. Her ultimate goal is to give parents what they need the most: a good night's sleep.
